We have been in business since 1993 and have been growing right from the start. In January 2006 we moved to a larger facility to accommodate company growth and just recently we have expanded again. The new facility is right across the street from our current location and will give us additional parking and work space. We strive to provide the best customer service, including being accessible after the sale. We employ knowledgeable engine rebuilders, installers and sales staff.
Also we offer a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty for in-house installed engines and a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty for customer installed engines.
Every rebuilt engine and remanufactured engine we build begins with thorough cleaning, inspection and machining of all remanufacturable castings. All cast iron components are magnaflux to guarantee integrity. Engine blocks are precision bored, decked and diamond honed to the specified RMS. Crankshafts are ground and polished to an 8-12 RMS finish. Valve seats are precision cut to three angles, and heads are resurfaced and vacuum tested. Nothing is left to chance. Our quality machining process would be wasted if we didn't also use the finest engine parts available. Only parts from proven quality brands such as Fel-Pro, Sealed Power, Federal Mogul, Dyna gear, Clevite, Top Line and Melling go into our engines.
